Agh, now that I’ve got Shakira stuck in my head I’ve got another song stuck in my head.

But I’ve no idea of the title or artist. It’s got a up tempo tango-y feel, female singer, and it was very popular probably about 10 years ago. It had bilingual lyrics (French I think). I have no other lead beyond that. Can anyone help me out?
